Your Mission: Orchestrating the Symphony of Data Center Construction

As the Senior Superintendent, you will assume the role of maestro, leading our team of construction professionals in the meticulous execution of complex data center projects. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from site preparation and foundation work to the installation of critical IT infrastructure.

  • Leadership Expertise: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the construction team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

Your Qualifications: The Pillars of Data Center Expertise

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrate a minimum of 15+ years of experience as a Superintendent or equivalent role in the construction industry, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex data center projects for clients like Google or Facebook.
  • Data Center Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of data center design, construction methodologies, and industry standards, with a clear understanding of the unique challenges and considerations associated with these projects.
  • Technical Acumen: Exhibit strong technical skills and the ability to interpret and apply complex construction drawings and specifications.
