We are seeking an experienced and highly accomplished Senior Project Manager (SPM) to join a great team in Atlanta. As an SPM, you will lead the execution and delivery of complex data center projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will possess in-depth knowledge of data center design, construction methodologies, and industry standards, with a proven track record of success in managing these critical infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for complex data center projects, ensuring alignment with project goals, budget, and timeline.
- Effectively manage and motivate a team of construction professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks, implementing strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.
- Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, fostering trust and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement and enforce rigorous quality control measures, ensuring that the data center meets the highest industry standards and client specifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex data center projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- In-depth knowledge of data center design, construction methodologies, and industry standards.
- Exceptional project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource management, and change management.
- Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate, inspire, and effectively manage a team of diverse professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
