Position Overview:

We are actively seeking a seasoned Project Executive with a robust background in structural concrete and steel to join the prominent Nashville office of a well known construction firm as they embark on the next chapter of their growth heading into the first quarter of 2024. This key leadership role involves overseeing the successful execution of construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight for construction projects, from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including senior leadership, project managers, and field personnel, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Client Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring projects are executed within budgetary constraints and in compliance with safety regulations.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of quality in structural concrete and steel construction, implementing best practices and innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in project management within the construction industry, specializing in structural concrete and steel.
  • Proven track record of successfully overseeing large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Thorough knowledge of industry regulations and construction methodologies.
