- As this is a key hire, the Project Manager is responsible for providing the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of a construction-management project; as well as mentoring multiple Project Engineers and Superintendents.
- Have the proven track record delivering projects in Federal DOD
- Responsible to putting together monitoring charts and graphs for project reporting.
- To ensure schedule is maintained utilising Earned Value Analysis (EVA) data for the project.
- Assist in preparation of project-specific safety plan.
- Proactively carry out the project safety plan meetings and quality assessment protocols.
- A priority: Responsible for satisfactory relationships with owners, unions, subcontractors – long term partnerships with clients in a key objective.
Experience/Education
- BS OR MS degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
- 8-10 years of Project Management experience on $5-25 million construction projects, specifically in Federal DOD or Military Healthcare Projects.
- Be proficient in review schedules, financial projections and cost analysis related to completing projects in the most efficient manner. But most of all, you are a ‘builder’ meticulous in fact, that cares about quality and getting a job done right.
