Summary:

The Project Executive will lead and oversee the successful execution of a new eight-storey, 204-room luxury hotel expansion project. This role requires a highly organized and experienced professional with a proven track record in managing complex construction projects within budget and schedule constraints.

The Project Executive will collaborate with a diverse team of stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure the seamless delivery of a high-quality hotel that exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, internal teams, and other stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to align goals and resolve issues.
  • Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and contractors. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and resolve any disputes or discrepancies.
  • Financial Management: Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and manage financial reporting. Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure financial accountability.
  • Quality Control: Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure the hotel meets or exceeds pre-defined standards expectations. Conduct regular inspections, address any deficiencies, and ensure compliance with regulations and codes.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a cross-functional project team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
  • Reporting & Communication: Prepare and deliver regular project updates to senior management, stakeholders, and project team members. Ensure transparent communication and timely escalation of issues.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred, but not essential.
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record in delivering large-scale construction projects, preferably in the hospitality sector.
