Overview
We are seeking an experienced MEP PM to join a highly motivated team in Nashville, Tennessee. As an MEP PM, you will be responsible for managing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for data center projects. You will have a deep understanding of MEP systems and a proven track record of success in managing MEP projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage the MEP systems for data center projects.
- Develop and manage MEP budgets and schedules.
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure MEP systems are properly designed and integrated into the overall project.
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of MEP systems.
- Manage MEP-related risks and issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
- Represent the company at MEP meetings and stakeholder engagements.
Qualifications
- Proven Expertise: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- MEP Mastery: Possess in-depth knowledge of MEP systems and principles, honed through 12+ years of successful management of MEP projects in the data center market.
- Project Delivery Prowess: Demonstrate a consistent track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, exceeding expectations every time.
- Leadership and Communication Excellence: Excel in leading and motivating teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
- Technology Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and productivity.
